Care Instructions



For All Clothing We Have Released So Far:
Wash with room temp or cold water.
Turn inside out for best preservation.
Dry with normal/low heat or hang dry.
Avoid using bleach.
Clothing made out of cotton will shrink in the wash.
If you are washing the product for the first time, using color catcher is recommended.

Shipping



Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped including a tracking number.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.


What Does "Pre-Order" Mean?



"Pre-Order" means we will collect orders for the product first, then order inventory from our manufacturer.
After the bulk order arrives (2-3 weeks after placing order with manufacturer), we will ship out orders accordingly.
Once orders are shipped, customers will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped including a tracking number (shipping takes 3-7 days).


Sizing



The hoodies run slightly oversized, especially the sleeves.
We'd recommend going with your recommended size for a slightly oversize fit or sizing down for a slimmer fit.

Shipping Provider



WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER.


Refunds/Returns



 Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, if the customer believes that the item they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at greenfnusa@outlook.com with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.
We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted.

- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.

- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.



Cancellations For Pre-Orders

- During the pre-order period, if the customer would like to cancel their order for personal reasons, please contact us at lucidworldwideinbox@gmail.com.

- However, once the inventory arrives and shipping labels are created, the customer will not be able to cancel their order.



Exchange For Pre-Orders

- If the customer would like to change their size during the pre-order stage, depending on what size the customer would like to change to, we will do our best to satisfy the customer. THIS DOES NOT GAURANTEE THE EXCHANGE.

- If the customer would like to change their order to a different item (as long as they are the same price), we will try our best to satisfy the customer, but this is also not guaranteed.

- If the price of the item the customer wants to change is different from the one they initially ordered, the exchange is not possible.



Once A Refund Is Accepted

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at greenfnusa@outlook.com.
